- Ode Manderson Age: 28 Bachelor's Degree, 2004 SUNY Purchase Conservatory of Theater Arts & Film I've been writing since I was 7, keeping journals to chronicle my life from day-to-day; the passion for reading complimented the passion for writing and inspired me to create my own works which stuck with with me to this day. Poetry is new ground for me to cover and addictive in its own right. To express without boundary or motive, pressure or preamble is an unmatched privilege, one that I will continue to use with pride.
