Lil Wayne in was arrested again in Arizona on January 23rd. Border patrol found Cocaine and Ecstacy on Lil Wayne at the time of arrest. Lil Wayne is out on bail and per his lawyer Lil Wayne is looking forward to his court date.

Lil Wayne's Is out of Jail ... Arrest was a Legal Mix-up
Back in August 2006 Lil Wayne was arrested in Georgia for possession of Xanax, Hydrocodone, and Marijuana. His lawyer at the time took care of the situation and got his case dismissed in Fulton County Georgia. His previous lawyer did not let Lil Wayne know that he would have to appear in court in Georgia, so they later declared Lil Wayne a Fugitive in August 2007. Lil Wayne's new lawyer just go Lil Wayne or of Jail in Idaho on $10,000 bail.
Here is a quote from Lil Wayne's Layer:
"He's never missed a court date or any professional obligation. That's why Wayne is so bankable."
A hearing will be held on Thursday October 11 th about Wayne's failure to appear for the August court date. ::10:07:07:: Lil Wayne is in Jail!
Lil Wayne got arrested in Idaho on 10/06/07 for allegedly possessing a controlled substance in Atlanta earlier this month. Lil Wayne will be formally charged on 10/09/07. Many fans that purchased concert tickets have been calling the Idaho County jail for the release of Lil Wayne. Lil Wayne is due to release his new album The Carter III later this year!!
