fighting economy outta mind outta pocket
cant help to think of the troops
battling loneliness outta heart with a locket
mamas and daddys families and families
crying out for there child to please come home
thousands of wives gazing outta windows
cant help but to feel all alone
boys and girls across the nation
playin catch with the sky
praying and wishing it was there fathers
that hit the ball way up high
lets make time

lets save some time
lets give a little bit of our time
lets support our warriors with prayer
give them strength to come home for all
cause untied we stand united we stand

God grant us the serenity
to accept the things we cant change
