Winner of the American Eagle Outfitters "Live your life" contest in the U.S and Canada, Elizabeth is a role model helping youth reach for the stars. Born in Bogotá, Colombia, on December 25th of 1987, her artistic side bloomed by age 6, when she started publishing her poetry in books and audio recordings, making art exhibitions, and also illustrating books and magazines, which earned her international recognition.

Her new book, "Because the Flame is Alive" a collection of her latest poetry and motivational story, was published in 2007 as part of the "Live your Life" award. This American company also sponsors a tour to universities, educational and cultural centers in several states to share her message.

Elizabeth is currently the "Poet in Residence" of Kean University, receiving a full scholarship to complete her studies in Media & A frequent speaker and panelist at cultural conventions and community lecture series.Film and Fine Arts in the US and abroad.
Elizabeth has made special emphasis in sharing her message with high school and college students to motivate the search of inner talents,
creating levels of higher self-esteem and introducing a vision of a better world where individual talents play an important role towards becoming successful in life.
