The most beautiful Women to me
Has a short tail of Anger
Yet a gorgeous mane of Courage highlighted with Determination
Her nose is from Puerto Rico
And her eyes are from the Island named Caring
She frequently visits Encouragement city
And exercises with Arms Wide Open
Her veins carry Generosity
Her heart pumps Love
Her voice speaks Passion
Her lips show Sacrifice
She attains ears that Listen to my hardships
She sheds her Knowledge to my confused soul
Her Wisdom guides my path
Her Age intimidates me
For she Knows so much more than I can embody
Her skin has cracks due to the war of Stress verses Fear
But she has never denied she Lost
Perchance it is because she is a Strong woman
Or perchance it is because she has the Willingness to keep her head Above the sky
I'd like to think it is Both
Because beauty is not about "Blue Eyes or Blond hair", as Toni Morrison will surly tell you,
But beauty, is the features with in the features
It is what is beneath the Cheek Bones, not on it
It is what is behind your Lungs, not the clothing that covers it
See, Beauty to Me, Emitted into a woman,
Well, I would say beauty
Is My Grandmother
