She stripped me of my most prized possessions. Everything that I loved, everything that I cherished.
She took it.

He even went home and told his momma what he had found.

It was like a changeover.
I went to sleep and she woke up, put on my clothes,
played in my makeup and hit the town with her own agenda.
She didn’t care much for me or anything that I loved and cherished.
She especially didn’t care for him.

I looked around and everything was different.
Nothing was the way I left it.
I needed to know what happened.
I saw him.
I smiled, but he didn’t smile back.
It was over before it really began.
The pain set in.
I became angry at her.
She had destroyed everything that I loved and cherished.
I couldn’t undo what she had done.
She dressed like me, put on my makeup and posed as me,
making a fool of me and a mockery of everything I stand for.

I cried at first and then I got angry.
I thought of everything she had destroyed and everything that she
would destroy if I didn’t stop her.
So, I did the only thing that I could do...
I killed her.
And I busted her bottle into a thousand pieces.
I cleaned up the mess and came up with my alibi - deliverance.
It’s no longer me, her and her bottle.
It’s just me.
And I have been sober for 6 months now.
