She said I should’ve known better
Thinking she would cheat
And you know that I believed her
But she did on me
It’s crazy, you know -- love
You can see it in black and white
But still be blind
And I have in color, clear in site
But I couldn’t find
Not one place 2 hide this pain inside
I said it’s not true, it can’t be true
But when it all came crashing down
I finally give in and had let go
A thousand tears fell from my eyes
Many times the beast stirred up
Taking it out on everyone and didn’t realize
But I had no heart, I had to find it
It took time, but I put it together
I had to collect the pieces upset
Couldn’t concentrate or understand why
But the hardest thing can be the best
This I know and no longer can I cry
